How it works
Three steps to never losing track of a policy
Set it up once. InsuraVault keeps the dates in mind so you don't have to.
Step 01
Add your policies
Enter a policy in a minute and attach its documents — or let your agent add it for you. Every type of cover sits in one wallet.
Step 02
Get reminded before premiums are due
We email you ahead of each premium due date, so a renewal never sneaks up on you.
Step 03
Share with family
Add your family and their cover, and share a policy with the people who need it — with view or edit access.

Built around the policy — the one thing you actually need to find when it matters.
Every policy type in one wallet

Working with InsuraVault as an agent or insurer?
Agents, insurers and organisations can add and manage policies for the customers they serve — and those customers see everything in their own InsuraVault wallet, with reminders included. Tell us about your business and we'll take it from there.
Is InsuraVault free?
Yes. InsuraVault is free to use. If we ever decide to charge for anything, we will tell you in advance, before any fee applies.
Does InsuraVault sell insurance or give advice?
No. InsuraVault is a place to store and organise the policies you already hold. We are not an insurer, broker or intermediary, and we don't give insurance, financial or legal advice. For questions about your cover, speak to your insurer or agent.
Who can see my policies?
You, and the people you choose. When you share a policy you decide whether the other person can only view it or edit it too.
If your agent or insurer added a policy for you, they can see and manage that policy. We never sell your data and we don't show ads.
How will I be reminded when a premium is due?
By email, ahead of the premium due date. Reminders are a helpful nudge, not a guarantee — keep the notices your insurer sends you too.
Can my agent add policies for me?
Yes. If your agent or insurer works with InsuraVault, they can add or manage policies for you and invite you by email. Those policies then appear in your own wallet.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in India. Our Privacy Policy lists everyone who processes data for us, and why.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Account → Delete account. On the web, sign in and go to Settings → Delete account. Can't sign in? Email support@insuravault.cloud from your registered address.
Everything about deleting your account — what's removed, what's kept and for how long.
Bring your policies together
Start with one policy. By the next renewal, you'll wonder how you kept track without it.
