- This page is for InsuraVault, the insurance wallet app and web portal from Manne IT Solutions Private Limited.
- Delete your account in the app, on the web, or by email if you can't sign in.
- Your data is deleted from our live systems immediately. Backup copies and server logs expire within 90 days.
- Deletion can't be undone. If you want a copy of your data, export it first (in the app: Profile → Data → Export All Policies).
How to delete your account
In the app
- Open InsuraVault and go to Profile.
- Tap Account, then Delete account.
- Confirm that you want to delete your account.
On the web
- Sign in at the InsuraVault customer portal (opens in a new tab).
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm that you want to delete your account.
If you can't sign in
Email support@insuravault.cloud from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address, and we will email you when your account has been deleted.
When it happens
When you confirm deletion in the app or on the web, your data is deleted from our live systems immediately. Email requests are completed as soon as we have verified them, and always within 30 days.

- Premium records
- Documents and files you uploaded
- Shares you sent, and invitations you received
- Reminders and notifications
- Your sign-in account
Policies that other people shared with you stay in their accounts; deleting yours removes your access to them.
